Ballantine's 23 Year Old

Nose: Fruity pears in a honey syrup with creamy vanilla in abundance. Ripe red apples and soft homemade fudge followed by a touch of cinnamon. Palate: Intensely sweet, fills the mouth with orchard fruit flavours reminiscent of old fashioned boiled sweets. Poached pears echoing the nose and touch of vanilla custard tart. Finish: Incredibly long, sweet and smooth.
