Boulder American Single Malt Whisky Peated

Alastair Brogan moved to Colorado to make single malt whiskey. There was no way he wasn't going to introduce a peated malt. However, this whiskey is designed to have just a touch of peat, and of course aged in freshly charred oak to add a balance of sugars to the earthy malt that is used. This whiskey is for pondering, and perhaps wondering. Flavors that have never been experienced keep the drinker engaged and eager to get back to the next sip.
