Dry County combines several mashbills with distinct recipes to produce a smooth flavor perfect for mixing or sipping. We start with the best grains possible. The grains we use are AAA rated from the Texas Panhandle. The grains are then ground in our state-of-the-art roller mill. Our mash is fermented in handmade, open-top, cypress tanks. We have revitalized centuries old techniques using swamp cypress fermentation tanks as well as custom, handcrafted copper pot stills. The newly distilled bourbon from our copper pot stills is then patiently aged in new, charred American White Oak Barrels. These barrels along with the Texas climate give Herman Marshall it's award-winning nose, pallet, and finish. Packaging may vary
