Edmond’s Honor starts as a premium, high corn mash-bill that is rested in American Oak casks, imbuing it with vanilla and toasted oak flavor. This Straight Bourbon whiskey is then finished in French Oak Cognac casks that previously held Madagascar Vanilla. Finally, the whiskey is slow proofed, blended and accentuated with a hint of Pure Madagascar Vanilla Essence to create a consistently rich smooth and complex sip.
