Fiddler Toasted Bourbon

The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, finished in toasted barrels of varying toast levels and for varying amounts of time. The 45% wheat content is unique for bourbons, leading to a sweet, smooth profile, despite it being Cask Strength (~116 proof). Notes of fall spices, toasted marshmallow, pecan pie.
