Filey Bay STR Finish spent years maturing in Bourbon casks before being transferred for ‘finishing’ in shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) red wine Barriques, which came from sunny Rioja vineyards in Spain, then bottled. As with all our whiskies, Filey Bay STR Finish is made with 100% homegrown barley, grown and distilled from field to bottle, here on the Yorkshire Coast of England.
