Golden Moon Principium is distilled from 100% malted barley, grown in Colorado and the surrounding states, and malted in Golden, Colorado. It is mashed, fermented, distilled at Golden Moon Distillery, and aged in New American Oak casks. It is then bottled at 92 Proof. Golden Moon Principium is a uniquely Colorado Whiskey. Golden Moon Prinicipium has a warm, sweet and malty nose characteristic. Great malt character on the palate, with a nice sweetness, caramelt notes and a spiciness on the finish.
