Herman Marshall Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Patiently aged 4 to 8 years in toasted and charred NEW American White Oak Barrels We start with the best grains possible. The grains we use are AAA rated from the Texas Panhandle. The grains are then ground in our state-of-the-art roller mill. Our mash is fermented in handmade, open top, cypress tanks. We have revitalized centuries old techniques using swamp cypress fermentation tanks as well as custom, hand crafted copper pot stills. The newly distilled bourbon from our copper pot stills is then patiently aged in new charred American White Oak Barrels. These barrels along with the Texas climate give Herman Marshall it's award winning nose, pallet and finish.
